We collect only what we need to run the community and your membership. We don't sell your information. Payments are handled by Whop, so we never see your full card details.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Provisio Trading ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit our website, join our Discord communities, or buy a membership, the course, or coaching.
2. Information we collect
From Whop, when you join or buy: your name, email address, Whop username, what you purchased, and your membership status. Payments are processed by Whop and its payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
From Discord: your Discord username and ID, and anything you post in our servers, including messages, screenshots, and reactions.
From the mentorship waitlist form on our website: your name, email address, current membership, trading experience, biggest trading struggles, your goals, and how committed you are. The form is processed by Netlify, our website host.
From you directly: anything you share with us in messages on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Discord, and during coaching calls.
3. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. The only place it asks for personal information is the mentorship waitlist form. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the fonts. Links to Whop, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
4. How we use your information
- To give you access to the Discord communities, course, and coaching calls
- To contact you about mentorship if you join the waitlist
- To manage memberships, renewals, and cancellations
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To send announcements and community updates
- To keep the community safe and enforce our Terms of Service
- To improve our content and services
5. Member results and testimonials
If you post a win, payout, review, or message in our Discord or on Whop, we may feature it on our website or social media. We cover personal details such as email addresses when we see them. If you want your post removed from our website, contact us and we will remove it.
6. How we share information
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With the platforms that run our services, including Whop, Discord, Netlify (our website host, which receives waitlist signups), and their payment processors
- If required by law, or to protect our rights, our members, or others
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have a membership and for a reasonable time afterward to handle billing questions, disputes, and legal obligations. Messages you post in Discord stay there until you or we delete them.
8. Your choices
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can leave our Discord servers or cancel your membership at any time.
- You can manage your account data on Whop and Discord directly on those platforms.
9. Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has joined, contact us and we will remove their access.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
