Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Provisio Trading's website, Discord communities, course, and coaching. Everything we provide is education, not financial advice. By joining or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Provisio Trading website, the free and premium Discord communities, the Provisio course, coaching calls, mentorship, and any other product or content we provide (together, the "Services"). "We", "us" and "Provisio Trading" refer to Provisio Trading and its founder, Isaac (@isaacitrades).
By accessing the Services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Purchases are processed by Whop, so Whop's Terms of Service also apply. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services or make a purchase.
3. Education only, not financial advice
All content we provide, including the course, pre-market analysis, market recaps, live commentary, coaching calls, and anything posted in Discord or on social media, is for educational and informational purposes only.
- Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
- We do not provide trade signals, manage money, or place trades on your behalf.
- Every trading decision you make is your own, and you are solely responsible for it.
4. Risk disclosure
Trading futures, including NQ and ES, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with, and leverage can make losses larger. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Past performance, including Isaac's own results and any member results or testimonials shown on our website or social media, does not guarantee future results. Those results are individual, are not typical, and depend on each person's effort, discipline, and risk management. We make no promise that you will make money.
5. Memberships and billing
- Free Discord: no charge. We may change or end free access at any time.
- Premium Monthly ($89 per month) is a subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel through Whop.
- Premium Lifetime ($699) is a one-time payment. "Lifetime" means access for as long as Provisio Trading continues to operate the Premium Discord, not the lifetime of the buyer.
Payments are processed by Whop. We may change prices for future purchases or billing periods, and we will give active monthly subscribers notice before a price change affects them.
6. Refunds and cancellations
All purchases are final. See our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations, lifetime purchases, and the limited exceptions.
7. Your access
Your membership is personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer, or lend your access, account, or login to anyone else. Access to Discord and coaching is delivered through Whop and Discord, so you need working accounts on those platforms.
8. Our content
The course, videos, live sessions and recordings, analysis, our logo, and other materials are owned by Provisio Trading and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them for your own personal learning only. You may not copy, record, screenshot for redistribution, resell, reshare, or publish paid content outside the community without our written permission.
9. Community rules
To keep the community helpful and respectful, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or disrespect other members or staff
- Spam, advertise, promote other services, or recruit members for other groups
- Share paid content outside the community
- Present your own posts as financial advice or pressure others into trades
- Post anything illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit
We may remove content and suspend or remove any member who breaks these rules or these Terms, without a refund.
10. Member posts and testimonials
When you share wins, payouts, reviews, or messages in our Discord or on Whop, you allow us to feature them on our website and social media to show community results. We will remove your post from our website if you ask us to.
11. Changes to the Services
We may add, change, or remove features, content, schedules (such as coaching call times), or products at any time. Mentorship details are subject to change until it launches.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is complete or current.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Provisio Trading and Isaac are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
